The entirety of the interlocking paver system to be given an acid bath to reset pavers and remove any remaining microbial life as well as brighten the pavers pigment layer.
Efflorescence and Stain Remover
Professional treatment to remove efflorescence. Efflorescence and stain remover is formulated to dissolve efflorescence and remove surface stains such as ground-in dirt, traffic marks, iron stains, etc. Efflorescence and stain remover is environmentally friendly. It contains no hydrochloric acid and works without discoloring or damaging the surface. Efflorescence and stain remover cleans and primes the surface evenly and enables sealers/protectors to penetrate and cover more efficiently.
Natural Stone Solvent-Based Nano Water Repellant & Color Enhance
Professional application of up to two coats of nano enhancer which is a breathable, solvent-based, penetrating, water repellent designed to be used on natural stones, concrete, and other masonry surfaces. While providing a unique and beautiful enhancement to the existing color(s) of the substrate, nano enhancer also acts as a protective shield against staining, simplifies maintenance and cleaning, and disallows deterioration of the substrate caused by water presence and contaminates carried by water.
Natural Stone Water-Based Water Repellent
Professional application of up to three coats of water repellent which is a breathable, water-based, penetrating, water repellent designed to be used on natural stones, concrete, and other masonry surfaces. While providing a unique and beautiful enhancement to the existing color(s) of the substrate, water repellent also acts as a protective shield against staining, simplifies maintenance and cleaning, and disallows deterioration of the substrate caused by water presence and contaminates carried by water.
Natural Stone Water-Based Invisible Water Repellent
Professional application of up to three coats of invisible water repellent which is a breathable, water-based, penetrating, water repellent designed to be used on natural stones, concrete, and other masonry surfaces. Invisible water repellent acts as a protective shield against staining, simplifies maintenance and cleaning, and disallows deterioration of the substrate caused by water presence and contaminates carried by water. However, invisible water repellent does not change the color characteristics of the substrate being treated. If color enhancements are desired, use nano enhancer instead.
Etch and Clean
Professional application of etch and clean. Etch and clean is used to prepare a natural stone or concrete surface to properly receive the desired water repellent or sealant.
Re-Sanding
All joints to be re-sanded according to ICPI regulations (between 1/4″ to 1/8″ below paver surface in joints).
Paver System Sealed Using Proprietary Blend (High Gloss) Wet-Look Sealant with Color Enhancement
Professional application of up to five coats of water-based sealant to ensure maximum results of joint stabilization and an aesthetic “Wet-Look” color enhancing finish.
Paver System Sealed Using Proprietary Blend Natural-Look Sealant
All joints to be re-sanded according to ICPI regulations (between 1/4″ to 1/8″ below paver surface in joints).
Natural Stone Sealing & Color Enhancing
Professional application of up to three coats of water-based sealant to ensure maximum results of joint stabilization and an aesthetic “Wet-Look” color enhancing finish applied to stabilize joints and protect natural stone while giving a prestigious color enhancement.
Re-Level Disrupted Paver System
Remove disrupted paver system, remove/replace substrate, compact as needed and re-position paver stones to original pattern with proper drainage elevation as per ICPI regulation.
Paver Tinting
Add semi-transparent color additive tint to paver system to enhance the pigment of the paver system.
Stone Wall Sealing
Stone wall(s) to be coated with matching sealer and color enhancement additive.
Rust Removal
Rust stain(s) to be pre-treated and removed to the best of our ability prior to reaching diminishing return or damage to the paver/stone.
Non-Slip Additive
Install a slip-resistant additive (micronized polymer) for slip resistance, fine texturing, and gloss reduction.
